Here are the step by step guide on how to make yamarita dish
- Peel the yam properly, tinely cut Wash it and set aside. Heat up some water, add the yam, put some salt, pepper, yaji, cover and slightly cook the yam. the yam should cook at least 6-9 mins.
- Wash the eggs, break them in a bowl, add some salt, pepper, yaji and seasoning.
- In a bowl, add your flour, add some corn flour them mix to combine. whisk the egg mixture properly and set aside.
- After some mins, sieve out water from the yam. Go ahead and coat with the egg then coat with flour and coat again with egg.
- Do same to every yam stick, allow it to sit for a while before frying.

- heat up some oil, add the yamarita and fry for some minutes. just keep moving it around the area after 5-6 mins, please bring it out.
